Today I'm getting back to being completely on program in Weight Watchers which includes getting exercise everyday. I've been a complete slob in that department lately. I'm not back to doing an hour plus, but I did get a good half hour walk in with with Miss Buddie the Wonder Dog. Baby steps right?
This weekend is the Race for the Cure and I don't want to be completely worn out after the race or sore for three days. LOL Plus, I want to get back to my losing ways. I've held steady for like a month, which is good because I'm not gaining, but I'm not to the maintenance stage yet. I've still got weight to lose.
